Here is a large 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath villa with very nice decor and amenities, great beach and privacy for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds. Tulum ruins and Tulum beaches are just 20 minutes south and Akumal 20 minutes north. Inside & outside This house is an excellent choice for groups up to 10 people who like their techno entertainment like Satellite TV, CD stereo, Internet connection, plus and a nice pool, central AC and a low-key tropical beach. Interior spaces are luxuriously furnished and spacious with plenty of room in the living room and dining room for entertaining. The "lagoon" style pool is just off the living room and a few feet from the beach and shade palapa. You will find the pool and beach to be the place to enjoy during the day and into the night. Meals can be taken inside or out at pool side with lounges, chairs and tables to make enjoying the outside areas a pleasure. And there is a wonderful rooftop living area with panoramic views of Soliman Bay and the Caribbean. Other niceties include BBQ grill and fire pit, a kitchen with stainless appliances, Talavera tile in the bathrooms and the kitchen, oversized iron and glass chandeliers and a library with internet connection. A rooftop lounge tops things off and it's wonderful day or night, with a shade arbor, big couch, tiled table and fantastic sea view. This house has the flavor of Mexico and the Maya in a clean tropical style. With the beach thrown in you have a delightful winning combination for a vacation. Bedrooms There are four bedrooms. Downstairs a garden side bedroom with a king bed has French doors that open to a private terrace. The spacious master suite with king size bed has French doors which open to a private beach front terrace. The master bath has a skylight, oversized shower and picture window overlooking a 2nd level garden. Two beach front bedrooms both have panoramic views of the bay and one queen size bed each. Hand carved wooden headboards and Talavera tile bathrooms give a nice regional touch. Both bedrooms open to the furnished ocean side balcony which runs the length of the house.
